Louise rose to fame as one quarter of pop supergroup Eternal, the first girl band ever to sell over 1 million copies of an album with their 1993 debut ‘Always & Forever’. The girls remain the only girl band to ever be nominated for Best British Album at the Brits back in 1995.

In 1995, Louise moved on to an incredibly successful solo career. Louise has had 18 consecutive top 20 singles, 6 with Eternal and 12 as Louise. Her debut solo album ‘Naked’ sold over 1 million copies and overall, she has sold over 15 million records worldwide and 5 million records in the UK. Louise has released three studio albums to date including the platinum selling ‘Naked’ (1996), ‘Woman In Me’ (1997) and ‘Elbow Beach’ (2000). In 2001, she released a greatest hits collection; ‘Changing Faces – The Best of Louise’.

After 15 years out of the industry, Louise returned to where she knows best – being on stage. Her return saw incredible performances all over the country with all venues selling out in 3 minutes for her ‘Intimate & Live’ tour. She was then booked to perform at various festivals including Isle of Wight festival, Manchester Pride and supporting Britney Spears at Brighton Pride.

In 2018, after signing a global publishing deal with Warner Chappell, Louise got back into the studio to work on her new music, recording in London, Sweden and Los Angeles.

In February 2019 Louise signed a worldwide recording deal with Warner Music and continued her work on her album. Simultaneously, Louise joined the cast of Dolly Parton’s 9-5 The Musical as the lead role of Violet Newstead for its debut in The Savoy Theatre in the West End.

Earlier this year, Louise announced her new album, ‘Heavy Love’ which will be released on 17th January 2020. Both the first single ‘Stretch’, and the follow-up single ‘Lead Me On’ (co-written and produced by Jack Patterson of Clean Bandit), spent 4 consecutive weeks on the Radio 2 B List and A list respectively, and were extremely well received by critics and the public.

Louise’s touring plans have far from stopped as she takes her hits and the new tracks from ‘Heavy Love’ on tour in March 2020.
