Charly Cox.

Charly Cox is a 24-year-old poet, writer and mental health activist. In January 2017, she published her first poem on Instagram, introducing her poetry to the world. Since then she’s signed two publishing deals with Harper Collins ('She Must Be Mad' was 2018's best-selling poetry debut; ‘Validate Me' was released 3rd October 2019), and has commissioned poems for Puma, Refinery29, Oh Comely and Virgin Radio. She has had widespread praise across media including Glamour, The Guardian, BBC, ITV, Cosmopolitan, STYLIST, The Sunday Times and was named by ELLE magazine as one of their 20 power players to watch out for.

Performing to sell-out crowds across the UK, Charly's work is both heartfelt and witty, weaving deeply personal stories with glimmers of laughter and hope. Charly is also part of the board of Ambassadors for MQ Mental Health.

Her most recent book, ‘Validate Me’, has been named by Dazed as one of ‘The books to blow off plans and stay indoors for this October’.
